Welcome to The Wright Space, a calm, supportive place to explore whatever’s going on for you.

I offer remote one-to-one counselling for adults and young people, helping you make sense of difficult emotions, feel more connected, and find new ways forward, at your own pace.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Georgia.

If you’re here, maybe you’re thinking about trying counselling for the first time, and that can feel a bit uncertain or overwhelming. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or not quite yourself, and you’re looking for someone who gets it.

Here’s a little about how I work:

  • Integrative approach – I draw from different counselling methods to suit your needs, whether that’s exploring your past or focusing on practical tools for now.

  • Experienced with a range of issues – including anxiety, low mood, life changes, and relationship struggles.

  • Pace that suits you – There’s no pressure. You set the pace, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

  • Support without judgment – A space to feel heard, understood, and gently supported as you find your way forward.

If you'd like to know more or have a quick chat before booking, feel free to get in touch.

I offer remote open-ended one-to-one counselling for young people and adults, creating a safe, supportive space to explore whatever is going on in your world. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, counselling can help you slow down, make sense of things, and feel more connected: to yourself, to others, and to what matters most to you.

Young People (11+)

Support through the ups and downs of growing up

Adolescence can be full of emotional challenges, from social pressures and identity struggles to anxiety, low mood, or difficulties at school or home. I work with young people in a gentle, relatable way, helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered. Sessions might involve talking, creative activities, or practical tools, depending on what feels right for them.

I also work closely (but sensitively) with parents or caregivers when appropriate, making sure everyone feels supported in the process.

Adults (18+)

Space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself

Life can be demanding, and sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns, struggling with self-doubt, or carrying the weight of past experiences. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or just feeling overwhelmed, our sessions offer a calm, confidential space for you to explore what’s happening and what you need.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. We’ll take things at your pace, working together toward greater self-awareness, ease, and resilience.
