FAQs

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

I currently only work online via Google Meet which is a completely secure platform.

What are your fees?

Sessions cost £55 for clients under 18, and £65 for adult clients.

How do I book a session?

You can email me at wright.space.therapy@gmail.com or use the contact form on this site. I offer a free 15-minute call if you'd like to chat first before deciding.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.

What happens in a counselling session?

Counselling sessions are a space for you to talk about what’s on your mind. You’ll be listened to without judgment, and we’ll work together to explore what’s going on for you and what might help. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are usually 50 minutes long and take place weekly, although this can be discussed depending on your needs.

How many sessions will I need?

This really depends on you. I offer open-ended sessions rather than a set number. Some people come for a few weeks, others for longer. We can discuss what feels right and review regularly.

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes, counselling is confidential. There are a few exceptions for safety (like if someone is at serious risk of harm), and I’ll explain these clearly before we begin.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have all the answers, we can take things slowly and explore what’s coming up for you, even if it feels unclear at first.
